To many people around the world Swami Vishwananda is a guiding light at the end of the tunnel of life.

This blog has been created so people can share their wonderful, beautiful and joyful stories they have about Swami Vishwananda. Swami Vishwananda is the embodiment of Bhakti (devotion) and Unconditional Love. He is pure unconditional love and that is his message to everyone. When you read the comments you will feel that love inside you. That is the blessing of love it can be shared anywhere and anytime.

So why have I started this blog? Please note I am just someone who wanted to share mine and others experiences that we have had with Swami Vishwananda to the world. During the various spiritual gatherings that we facilitate here in South Africa and sometimes in other countries people always want to hear about my experiences with Sri Swami Vishwananda. They sit alert and listen attentively as I tell my stories and experiences that I have been blessed enough to have in my short time of actually knowing Swami Vishwananda. I know there are many more such wonderful experiences out there waiting to be shared so next time someone asks me to share mine I can lead them here and they can read hundreds of such experiences.

The about piece of Swami Vishwananda is just so that you can see where he comes from and other pieces of his Biography. I have had one or two people ask if this is Swami Vishwanada actually writing this and facilitating this blog. The answer is no. I live in South Africa and started this blog for the reasons above so everyone who reads this blog can walk away with a smile and their hearts filled with love.

Let us share our beautiful experiences and encounters with Him on this blog.

The blog is broken down into 3 sections Swami Vishwananda (our wonderful experiences with Swami), Atma Kriya and Darshan (our experiences during Darshan). The initial post is there and you just add a comment so all can see and read. Please note this is a blog based on unconditional love and all comments must be free of judgement, pride and ego.

This is the best experience I ever had...When Swami ji smiles at you, it feels like evrything inside you is rejoicing at his sight.....The heart feels enlightened, a feeling which is unique...

after Swami ji puts his fingers on the forehead.....you feel like that experience should never end.....

U feel a small tinge of sadness being seperated by that great being....after ur turn ends....

I so longing for my next darshan....Swami ji was the one who opened our heart to be receptive to God and Love......One message....GOD IS ONE AND GOD IS ALL>>

Yes it truly is like nothing I have ever had or experienced in the world. I remember being lucky enough in 2008 to get 3 Darshan’s in 3 consecutive days while in Germany. It was mind blowing and so full of love.

Just to be able to attend one in this life is a gift and thank you Swami and the Lord for blessing me to be able to experience this wonderful gift. I always go up with something to ask Swami but as you get closer your mind clears and your heart shines and all you can think is Love pure unconditional love.

Lots of love Swami

The very first time I met Swamiji in 2006, was the very first time I ever met a spiritual teacher, Guru, anything of that sort. When our eyes met at the Darshan, it was a look, I will never forget... I was trying to explain it to a friend, and there was no word for it at all. Love, Purity, Understanding, such depth, everything.....

It's such a beautiful moment, when you go to his Darshan and you look in his eyes. Normally when you look in somebodys eyes, you can see the ego in it. But not when you look into Swamiji's eyes! There you can see only love, love, love!

My most intense experiences in my life were always the births of my children. Now I count every darshan with Swamiji to my most intense experiences in my life.

Swamiji often delivers speeches before giving darshan. He does not plan the topics he chooses to speak about, they simply flow. Often it turns out that many questions that people have wanted to ask him are answered during his speeches. Once I asked him to talk about world peace. He answered that this might be a good idea and he later went on to talk about the importance of peace in the mind. He said that the outside world would never provide stability or security for a person and that these very qualities would have to be found within inside each person.

I have been to many darshans with Swami Vishwananda over the years and I have found that every one is always a new and unique experience. Swami is aware of everyone’s thoughts but he doesn’t want to talk about this. Once as I was sitting near him in the front during a darshan, I noticed many incidents that could not be explained with a conventional worldview as Swami gave darshan to each person: He asked a child to take education more seriously as he had skipped out of school. He gave another child only a sweet and told me that this child was just coming for the sweet. He gave me a handful of vibhuti packets to give to someone at the back of the room as this person was in need of it and had to leave soon. When I hoped for a special piece of prasad, he asked for the whole bowl and picked out my favorite piece.
These numerous miracles occur all the time around him. I once mustered the courage to ask Swamiji if he knew every single person’s thoughts when he gave darshan. He simply smiled in return and I guessed that he must know the thoughts of everyone all the time. The point is that he understands my reasoning behind my thoughts from a deeper perspective than I do myself, and he is absolutely non-judgmental about it.
Many time after darshans I found that situations in my life would sort themselves out. For example, a business issue that wouldn’t work out for weeks would suddenly just resolve itself.

I went to a beautiful Darshan in Springen in the Dorfgemeinschaftshaus yesterday. The Darshan started at 7 pm and ended at 1 pm. It was really nice to see Swamiji again, after a long time!

The first time I ever received darshan from Swamiji was in 2002, for 3 nights in a row. After the first darshan I didn't sleep at all because of all the energy bumping around in my body. The following night I couldn't lift one of my arms, and was wondering how I could hug him. When my turn came, he seemed to know this, and only hugged me with one arm. The third night was mind-blowing - I felt myself swooping through space, only I couldn't see where I was because I was attached to Swami's eyes. The amount of energy I felt after this experience was incredible!
I have had many darshans since then, and after each one some problem which I had been experiencing was fixed, the most recent being a minor health problem.

Thank you Swami-ji for all your love, I wish I could be closer to you.
