Atma Kriya is the latest Kriya given by Sri Sri Sri Mahavatar Kriya Babaji to Sri Swami Vishwananda. This post is all about sharing your experiences with the Atma Kriya course and Shakti Phat initiation that you received. On the morning of one of the courses I was about to start when Sri Sri Sri Mahavatar Kriya Babaji came through with a strong message. Funny enough the message actually fits in here so I will write it down for all to see.
How many of you sacrifice you spiritual development, growth and upliftment for material actions and gain. People strive and say they long to be free from all down here. You strive for ‘God realisation’ and become disheartened when you struggle to remember who you are. You say that you have done this course or that course but are still falling short of that ‘elusive’ God realisation. You become more disheartened and out of sync with your heart. But I tell you this when you place material benefit before spiritual benefit you will always fall short. You will always struggle and get frustrated.
If you put me (Babaji) first I will love you and be with you guiding you to this upliftment and God realisation. I have given Atma Kriya to the world so that you may strive towards me with as little hindrance as possible, I have made the practice as compact as possible for you without just handing over God realisation. But you must want it, desire it and strive towards it with love and unwavering determination.
This is my message to you my beloved children, know that this Shakti initiation is me and is similar to keeping a car clean the more you polish and wash the car the more the beauty and radiance can shine. So is the Atma Kriya designed the more you practice the more Shakti (me) will shine in you. It is up to you to polish and shine your soul with the Atma Kriya practice.

Atma Kriya and the Shakti initiation all I can say is wow. It has truly opened me up to so much. One of the biggest things for me is that it has given me a clear cut path. In the past I was trying this and trying that but that however does not do one any good. Once I got the Shakti initiation it was like having the roof removed from my spiritual growth. I had practiced other forms of meditation but once I got this practice and blessing I knew that I had found my path back home.
The love felt during the Atma Kriya practice is so beautiful. It is as though the Masters themselves are putting their arms around you. One feels so protected and loved after the practice that you just want to stay in that state.
The heart melts away and you are pure love that can only be described as bliss.

Atma Kriya is the fastest and one of the easiest ways to become one with the divine. When i received the shakti initiation, it was a feeling which i can't describe. The energy was so strong and i completly forget myself in this moment
